Wim Obbens announced as fourth advisor to HAL24K board
Data intelligence specialist HAL24K has appointed Wim Obbens as its new Board Advisor. With his extensive experience in the field of private equity and financial transactions, Obbens is ideally positioned to advise HAL24K management on its strategic direction with regard to partnerships, investments and takeovers. Moreover, his expertise complements that of the other advisors Wouter Deelman, Robert van Gasteren and Gerrit Schipper.
Currently, Obbens is Director and Founder of Bio Rights BV, an innovative company in the field of ecotechnology, specializing in technologies that convert waste to green products. He is also Director of Vibrant Media, an American technology company that specializes in contextual (privacy-friendly) marketing. Previously, Obbens was Managing Director of investment fund Janivo, which invests private assets in both listed and private companies, as well as real estate, and was Managing Director of the investment bank of Fortis Bank. He was also a board member at MeesPierson and head of Investment Banking Netherlands at SBC Warburg. Obbens graduated in Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
