The start of something good

How do we start to tackle the complex and urgent challenges our infrastructure, cities and environments face?

We started with one critical issue all societies face – water management – and talked about what’s possible.

Joining our first in a series of webinars were attendees from Dutch water authorities. They came together this month to explore machine learning solutions for smart water management.

The real-life case studies covered challenges as varied as water level predictions in Dutch canals and UK river networks, to data-driven forecasting for efficient water quality measurements, and even how to predict river bottom behaviour to identify the shallowest areas.

It showed how machine learning helps understand ultracomplex water systems quickly and efficiently, enabling optimized, cost-efficient and safer day-to-day operations.

The webinar concluded with a live demonstration, on the HAL24K data intelligence platform Dimension, of an AI-powered predictive maintenance solution for water treatment plants.

It’s the start of our webinar series, which will cover how to tackle the complex and urgent challenges our infrastructure, cities and environments face.

It would be great if you could join us. Register your interest for the 2019 series here.
